As Executive Administrator for the Institute for Population and Precision Health, I build teams that create and operationalize global ventures which innovate prevention, diagnostics, therapeutics, and devices.

I developed innovation capacity and scientific differentiation at Duke and Standford Medical Schools as a Sr. Administrator and as a Co-Investigator in Performance Neurodynamics. I’ve also consulted with Princeton’s Center for Entrepreneurship and according to Dr. Len Zaichowsky, author of “The Playmaker’s Advantage”, “Gary has the unique ability to build teams that out-think the competition and execute on strategy”. To that point, I’ve provided >60 publications and presentations on the development of conceptualization skills, including the design of a “Team Performance” training program produced with Super Bowl MVP Steve Young at Stanford that helps interdisciplinary teams learn how to integrate complex data and one another’s perspectives into actionable insights – these skills can be used to improve prototyping and business model development.
