Illinois Precision Medicine Consortium (IPMC) – All of Us Research Program

The NIH All of Us Research Program is a historic effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health. By taking into account individual differences in lifestyle, environment, and biology, researchers will uncover paths toward delivering precision medicine. Dean and Institute Director Dr. Habib Ahsan, is the contact principal investigator for the next 5-years of award funding, collaborating with scientific leadership at Northwestern University, University of Illinois at Chicago, Northshore University, Rush University, Governors State University, and University of Illinois Medicine Peoria (collectively known as the Illinois Precision Medicine Consortium). The IPMC plans to collectively enroll 100,000 participants in Chicago (and rural Illinois) into the All of Us Research Program.
